Honda Civic For The Younger Generation

The latest model of Honda Civic has received great popularity among young buyers. After 12 months of sales, the average age of owners of Honda Civic declined by 7 years for the gasoline version and 10 years for diesel compared with the previous model car. And this is really not surprising, simply compare the new futuristic Civic and the old family model))

Under the hood the car has 1.8 litre i-VTEC engine, which is gets Civic up to 100 km / h in just 8.9 seconds. Another petrol engine (1.4 litres. I-DSI with 83 hp) is available only in 5 door versions basic model. All Honda Civic available with 6 speed transmission, but the petrol engine can come with automatic CPR, which is called i-SHIFT.

Although the new Civic is quite spacious, head room for the rear passengers is not so big, so high people should be careful seated in the car)) Generally speaking, the Civic is able to comfortably fit the driver and 4 passengers. Trunk space is big enough - 485 liters, which is 100 litres more than the Ford Focus.

Speaking of safety, unfortunately Honda Civic has received only 4-star rating by Euro NCAP, while most of its competitors have received the maximum 5 stars. According to experts, some parts of the dashboard present a potential danger to driver's and front passenger knees and hips. All models come with 4 airbags.

In conclusion, in my opinion, Honda Civic - car mostly for the young generation and for young families. Price also acceptable, no matter whether you buy a Honda Civic the dealer or elsewhere. Overall auto definitely worthy of close look.
